What does 악개 mean in Korean? How bad it is to use it word on someone else?

I think I need to step in at this stage to explain what Akgae or acgae means in Korean, after that I hope fans who love and support this blog when commenting on this blog do not use this term again. I think no one in this world is deserved to be called an acgae.
ac (악개) = bad, malicious of one member fan, gae = evil dog. (put it together it means a malicious one member’s fan, an evil dog)
The Koreans 3 members’ fans have called some one an acgae, who supporting their favoured member, sabotages the other members and/or being malicious and resentful towards other members.
To call a person an acgae is very strong, very rude and degrading due to the double entendre behind the word acgae. And you don’t just randomly call a fan of one member who has neutral tone or respect for the other members an acgae. Not all one member’s fans are malicious, they do not necessarily dislike the other members and not all of one member fans are malicious toward other members, nor they have done nothing to damage the reputation and hinder the activities of other members.
Supporting only a member does not make one an acgae, it just means she’s a fan of an individual member.
Please understand what acgae truly means and do not use it on any individual(s) who are one member’s fans on this blog or any individual(s) for its double meanings. As I said no one in this world is deserved to be called a dog at all.
You just can’t force your feelings and thinking on to others. To love only one member in a band just means that they have different interests and perspectives. Remember you are FREE to love anybody so are they. Nothing is free in this world but to me love is free.
No, Akgae is a shortened form of a four-word term which means “One member’s malicious fan”. However, by chance (hopefully), this shortened term can be easily misundertood as Evil Dog as 악 = Evil 개 = dog. 개 here is a homonym, same way to write, but have 2 different meanings. Overall, it is not a nice term. - From a reader.
