감사합니다 or 고맙습니다 = thank you / 감사 = appreciation, gratitude, thankfulness
네, 맞아요= yeah, that's right.
안녕하세요 / 안녕 = peace, well-being
안녕히게세요/ talk to the staying person =/= 안녕히가세요 / talk to the person who's leaving
죄송합니다 or 미안합니다 = I apologize, I'm sorry, Excuse me. DO NOT USE IT TO EXPRESS "I'm sorry to hear that". / 죄송 = apology, being sorry, feeling ashamed.
저기요 = excuse me but take it literally as "I'm here, over here" so most of the time you want to get someone's attention. You can use 죄송합니다 as "excuse me" too since it means "I'm sorry".
잠시만요 / 잠깐만요 = just a second. (literally)
